Zur Leasingrate, sollte man auch eine Gegenfinanzierung der Mieteinahmen berücksichtigen. Das ist typisches Dorfgebabbel. Für was braucht eine Stadt, Kultur und eine Veranstaltungsstätte für Vereine? Ganz einfach, weil es sonst keine Stadt ist….
